Information we process
To authenticate an invited person, Knot Knot processes a stable Google subject and verified email evidence. We use these to bind and maintain the person’s Workspace Member access.
As a coordination product, Knot Knot also processes Member and Actor records, Workspace business data, and append-only audit evidence needed to operate the service.
Google access
Knot Knot does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive. Google sign-in is used for identity authentication only.
Access, administration, and retention
Workspace administrators can disable a Member’s access. Contact a Workspace administrator to submit access, correction, deactivation, or related Workspace data requests. Audit evidence is retained to support coordination and accountability.
